The "Neither Full Nor Waning" Sangha (Tăng thân Không tròn Không khuyết) is a multigenerational community based at 28 Thao Dien, Saigon. We gather to practice and share mindfulness and meditation in the Plum Village tradition, closely following the teachings of Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh.
The idea for our Sangha was inspired on September 15, 2025, during a retreat at Plum Village Thailand. Shortly after, our members reunited during the Mid-Autumn Festival and officially decided to establish the community. Our name is drawn from a line in one of Thay’s poems: "Neither full nor waning, the moon." It beautifully connects the imagery of the autumn moon with the profound Buddhist philosophy of the Middle Way (Trung đạo) taught by Sư Ông.
